District Manager

The Area Manager is responsible for planning and leading the operations of multiple stores in the designated region, ensuring profitable outcomes and adherence to company objectives. They will utilize their expertise to create an environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The Area Manager collaborates with Store Managers to support their professional growth and enhance customer experiences in our galleries. This role is diverse and will expand your skill set while facilitating your career development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead store teams by fostering a culture that upholds core values
- Ensure fair implementation of human resources policies and practices
- Create fun, friendly, and creative store environments that offer exceptional customer service
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through effective store leadership
- Drive annual sales growth in the area, meeting or exceeding company targets
- Maximize utilization of tools in each store resulting in superior product and service demonstrations
- Effectively plan and execute company objectives
- Optimize performance and productivity through sensible store scheduling
- Maintain sufficient staffing levels through proactive recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Ensure loss prevention and expense efficiencies to protect company assets
- Continuously develop talent in areas such as merchandising, store growth, employee training, and customer service
- Consistently communicate area and regional priorities to store teams

You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of progressive multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in high-ticket item sales
- Residence within the designated area of responsibility
- Experience in full customer lifecycle management and personal goal setting
- Proficiency in general office equipment and software applications including POS systems, Google Suite, and/or MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage remotely while maintaining strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective analytical capabilities
