District Manager

Location: Chicago, IL
The Regional Supervisor will be responsible for strategizing and leading the operations of multiple stores in their assigned area. They will have full accountability for profit and loss and will work within the company's objectives to achieve regional and area goals. Their expertise will ensure that the area is not only efficient but also fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere that drives results.
The Regional Supervisor will collaborate closely with Store Managers to ensure their professional growth and to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our galleries. This dynamic position presents multiple opportunities for skill development and career progression.

● Provide leadership to store teams, ensuring:

● Protection of company assets through loss prevention and cost efficiencies
● Continuous talent development in merchandising display, store expansion, training and development, employee relations, customer service, systems, events, and classes
● Regular and effective communication of area and regional priorities to store teams
● Drives results by identifying opportunities for improvement
● Works efficiently by planning and organizing work to achieve goals and objectives
● Focuses on customers by anticipating their needs and continually enhancing customer satisfaction
● Applies effective analytical skills by integrating complex information and balancing strategic and tactical initiatives
● Provides strong leadership by fostering teamwork and maximizing individual potential
● Communicates effectively by delivering clear and timely messages and practicing active listening
● Demonstrates adaptability in response to changing business priorities

You Bring:
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
● At least 4 years of experience in multi-unit retail management, with a track record of increasing responsibility and achieving sales targets for higher-priced items
● Must reside within the area/region of responsibility
● Experience in managing client relationships throughout the customer journey, from prospecting to post-purchase, and setting and tracking personal goals and individual performances
● Proficiency with general office equipment, such as computers, calculators, copiers, and telephones
● Proficient in POS systems, Google Suite, and/or MS Office applications
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage teams remotely
● Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
● Strong analytical abilities
