Our client is seeking an experienced Division Manager – Asphalt Paving to lead and oversee major infrastructure projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability. This is a pivotal leadership role with high visibility, reporting directly to the Vice President and managing all operational aspects of assigned projects or business units.

• Direct the execution, planning, and safety oversight of civil construction projects to meet revenue and profitability goals

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic goals, budgets, and performance metrics

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operations, tracking KPIs, and adjusting plans accordingly

• Ensure all projects are delivered in line with contract terms, company standards, and client expectations

• Manage staffing, equipment usage, and schedule execution for operational efficiency

• Lead contract negotiations, subcontractor coordination, and payable validation

• Oversee financial reporting, billing, collections, and final project acceptance

• Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, vendors, and clients
