Rig Operator

Location: Pawtucket, RI

The Rig Operator role entails serving as an expert in drilling techniques and ensuring the delivery of safe, measurable, and concrete outcomes for various clients in the New England region. This position involves leading, training, and interacting with employees to foster strong employee relations, enhance operational efficiency, and promote overall functionality.

Requirements/Preferences for Hiring:

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating a drill rig
• Preferred drilling license in MA, CT, NH, VT, or ME
• Preferred certifications in IGSHPA installation, pipe, and NGWA General Drilling
• Supervisory experience is desirable
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid unrestricted driving license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
