Drinking Water Engineer

Qualifications and Skills

As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • At least 12 years of experience in designing and managing the construction of various water supply projects, with a minimum of 4 years in a project management or business development role
  • Expertise in multiple areas of water supply engineering, including planning studies, well siting, water treatment, distribution system design, and permitting
  • Strong skills in client interaction, marketing, business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with a natural aptitude for meeting deadlines
