We are currently working with a leading company in a specialized industry to find a talented Product Design Engineer.

Job Description:

• The role will involve developing and applying Roller Bearings, Sleeve Bearings, and Hydraulic Bearings.
• Professional interaction with customers.
• Evaluating power transmission components and identifying opportunities for creating new product groups.
• Writing technical descriptions for product sales.

Key Abilities:

• Must have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering or a related field. Ability to understand technical requirements and loading parameters.
• A good understanding of standard mechanical power transmission components and their use.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects for non-technical users.
• Proficiency in using Solidworks or Fusion-360 to read and evaluate 2D drawings and 3D part models.

Key Terms:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, with 2-5 years’ experience in product development or mechanical engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Daytime business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
• Onsite work at the Florence KY headquarters.
