Our client, a leading company in a specialized manufacturing industry, is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

Quality Engineer Role (Job Description)

· As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining various aspects of the quality and production system. This includes creating inspection plans, implementing statistical process controls, and evaluating suppliers to ensure the acceptability of incoming and outgoing products.

· In addition, you will provide support to the Design Engineering team by coordinating or performing tests and analysis on new and existing products. This will involve evaluating factors such as heat rise, vibration, noise generation, and component failure modes.

· Candidates should possess a good understanding of statistics and have a reasonable level of knowledge in materials and mechanical design.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment

· Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or equivalent software for statistical analysis

· Understanding of structured data formats such as SQL, MySQL, Access, or Minitab architecture is required

· Candidates are encouraged to submit a basic 3-4 row example demonstrating their proficiency.
