Compensation: Base Salary – USD $96,865 to $150,363
Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, or extra shift incentives.

Position Summary
The Echocardiography Technician is responsible for operating cardiac ultrasound equipment with minimal supervision to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. These images are used to evaluate chamber size, blood flow, and cardiac function for patients across all age groups—from neonates to geriatric populations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform cardiac ultrasound imaging for neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

Operate echocardiographic equipment to generate accurate and diagnostic-quality images

Analyze blood flow and cardiac function through chamber measurements

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality control standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient care plans
Required Qualifications:

Education that meets applicable certification, license, or registration requirements

Certification upon hire from one of the following:
-
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) – American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
-
Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
-
-
BLS Certification – American Heart Association (upon hire)
-
2 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
-
1 year of experience in neonatal and pediatric echocardiography, including a minimum of 150 supervised pediatric echo studies
Preferred Qualifications:

Pediatric RDCS certification upon hire
