EDUCATION and TRAINING MANAGER (Medical Lab Analyzer)

Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 base, plus annual bonus
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic and international as needed)
Vaccination Requirement: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless legally exempt based on customer requirements


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EDUCATION and TRAINING MANAGER (Medical Lab Analyzer) to lead the development and execution of training programs that support both internal teams and external customers. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure all training initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices—enhancing technical skills, customer success, and product knowledge.

You’ll manage a team of training specialists, drive performance improvements through data analysis, and oversee the delivery of in-person and virtual learning experiences. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a training professional who thrives on delivering impactful education and fostering organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for internal staff and external customers

  • Ensure training content complies with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulatory standards

  • Oversee the delivery of both virtual and in-person training sessions

  • Monitor training effectiveness and customer satisfaction through performance metrics and feedback

  • Lead and develop a team of training specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

  • Manage training budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

  • Analyze data to refine curriculum, optimize learning outcomes, and report progress to leadership

  • Maintain consistency and quality across all training touchpoints to ensure a world-class Stago training experience

  • Travel as needed to support training delivery or team development (up to 10%)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Engineering, Biology, or a related field

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in training or technical education

  • 1–3 years of management or team leadership experience

  • Strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Proven success in building and scaling training programs across diverse audiences

  • Knowledge of hemostasis is a plus

  • Experience working in regulated environments, with familiarity in FDA/ISO compliance standards

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
