Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program in the United States

· Professional Engineer (PE) registration in South Carolina or the ability to obtain it; NCEES registration desirable

· Minimum 7 years of experience as a registered PE, specializing in industrial electrical design including power systems, lighting, fire alarm, and IT systems

· Extensive knowledge of building codes and design standards, including NFPA 70 and IBC; Familiarity with FM Global Standards a plus

· Proven track record in electrical design, including load calculations, equipment selection, and development of construction documents

· Ability to conduct on-site visits and perform physical assessments of client facilities and construction sites

· Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines; Exceptional organizational skills

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or similar design software

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Fluency in English

· Ability to participate in sales and marketing activities, including proposal writing and client engagement
