Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities on a Daily Basis

• Lead and oversee daily operations of work crews.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Supervise and enhance work quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and organization of work sites.
• Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Support pre-bidding and bidding procedures.

Qualifications for Success

• Completion of high school or GED.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, with a minimum of 2 years as a Supervisor.
• NCCER certification or State License preferred.
• Proficiency in BMS/EPMS systems and NEC/OSHA standards.
• Capability to undertake physical tasks and work in different weather conditions.
