We're seeking a highly motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of journeymen and apprentice electricians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate the electrical maintenance team

• Coordinate and advance the electrician apprenticeship program

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and contractor activity

• Analyze maintenance performance metrics and drive improvement strategies

• Manage department budgets, capital projects, and cost efficiencies

• Collaborate with procurement to manage repair part inventories and reduce obsolescence

💡 Preferred Experience:

• Unionized work environment exposure

• CMMS software experience (preferably Maximo)

• Familiarity with Kronos timekeeping

• Experience with high-voltage switchgear (12kV and below)

• Knowledge of NFPA 70E arc flash standards

• Green or Black Belt certification in DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
