Electrical Mechanical Engineering Manager
- A minimum of eight years of experience in professional electrical engineering is required, along with a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Prior experience in designing both drives and rotating equipment such as motors is required
- Compensation of up to $170,000 will be provided
- This role may involve up to 25% domestic travel
- Candidates must be United States citizens or Green Card holders

In addition to the current responsibilities, this role has the potential to grow into a leadership position within the engineering group and could even assume the role of the VP of Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Lead a small team of mechanical engineers and electrical engineers
- Make modifications to designs in AutoCAD to meet customer requirements
- Assist in the redesign or modification of controls
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Create electrical and mechanical designs
- Travel domestically up to 25% of the time
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have the following background:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- A minimum of eight years of experience in professional electrical engineering
- At least two years of design experience with rotating equipment like motors
- At least two years of design experience with Variable Speed Drives
- Experience leading a team of engineers for at least two years
- A strong understanding of variable speed drives and electrical motors
- The ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
- A consistent and impressive work history
- US citizenship or Green Card holder status
- Residence within a 45-minute drive from the location
