- This swing shift position requires working five days per week, with twelve-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Employees will have a block of six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- Compensation is up to $29.50 per hour.
- Candidates must have an electrical mechanical degree or a related qualification, as well as experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, with knowledge of PLCs and AC and DC drives.
- A stable work history without frequent job changes is a requirement for this position.
- Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
- Remote work is not available for this role.
- This is a full-time position.
- The role is permanent, with employment classified as a W-2 position.

We are currently seeking a full-time Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Professional to join a well-established paper product manufacturing company in the De Pere, Wisconsin area. This company has a reputation for providing a stable and employee-friendly work environment, with extremely low employee turnover. In addition, employees have access to a free clinic for themselves and their families. As a result of recent expansion, the company is experiencing high levels of growth and is looking to add to their team. Employees work a rotating five-day, twelve-hour shift, with the advantage of enjoying a block of six consecutive days off every three weeks, providing a generous amount of time off.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Working a rotating five-day, twelve-hour shift, with a block of six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- Performing electro-mechanical maintenance on various machinery used in paper product manufacturing.
- Handling AC and DC drives in the maintenance process.
- Working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work a rotating five-day, twelve-hour shift, with a block of six consecutive days off every three weeks.
- Degree in electrical mechanics or a related field.
- Some previous experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Experience working with AC and DC drives.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required (approximately every other month, for two days).
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, if necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Stable work history, with no frequent job changes.
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card.
- Must reside within a 45-minute commute of the De Pere area.
