This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Service Parts Sales and Customer Support representative in a financially stable company. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for a high volume of verbal and written communication with customers. The key duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional telephone support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers with parts orders and return authorizations
- Collaborating with various internal departments to generate accurate quotes for parts
- Processing orders and returns efficiently through the system
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- At least three years of customer support experience
- At least three years of project management experience
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Consistent and reliable work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card
- Must reside within a 45-minutes commute
