This is a full-time, permanent position as a Multiple Project Manager overseeing Multiple Electrical and Switchgear Construction projects. The current opening for this position is a result of the company's continued expansion in both size and product line. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
  • Overseeing 60 custom-made, multi-million dollar projects concurrently, spanning from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Managing construction projects related to electrical systems and switchgears.
  • Supervising service and repair projects.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers.
  • Serving as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
  • Addressing any troubleshooting issues that arise.
  • Reviewing Bills of Materials and coordinating material procurement.
  • Ensuring timely shipment of products.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a minimum of five years of hands-on experience working with switchgears.
  • A track record of successfully managing over 30 complex projects simultaneously for at least 10 years.
  • At least five years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Consistent and stable employment history.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a Green Card.
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute to the job location.
