Location: Brown Deer, Wisconsin area
Type: Full-Time, Permanent W-2 Employee
Compensation: Up to $72,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Field Service Advisor – Comprehensive Technical Support to join a thriving, employee-owned manufacturer that leads its dynamic industry. Importantly, this role involves no travel and focuses on providing high-level technical support from the company’s headquarters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with vendors and customers, both verbally and in writing.

  • Respond promptly to incoming service calls and inquiries.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems.

  • Manage project workflows and assist in resolving customer issues.

  • Coordinate with the parts and service departments to ensure prompt solutions.

  • Generate work orders and process customer invoices.

  • Assist with customer billing and account management.

  • Support service managers and assist with scheduling when necessary.

  • Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).

  • Help coordinate training schedules for service employees and participate in training initiatives.

  • Train and mentor other team members as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of technical support or field service experience, including expertise in:

    • Hydraulics

    • Drives

    • PLCs

    • Mechanical and electrical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • 4+ years of experience in customer support.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid, stable work history.

  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required.

  • Residence within a 45-minute commute of Brown Deer, WI.
