Compensation: Up to $72,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Field Service Advisor – Comprehensive Technical Support to join a thriving, employee-owned manufacturer that leads its dynamic industry. Importantly, this role involves no travel and focuses on providing high-level technical support from the company’s headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with vendors and customers, both verbally and in writing.

Respond promptly to incoming service calls and inquiries.
-
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems.
-
Manage project workflows and assist in resolving customer issues.
-
Coordinate with the parts and service departments to ensure prompt solutions.

Generate work orders and process customer invoices.
-
Assist with customer billing and account management.
-
Support service managers and assist with scheduling when necessary.
-
Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).

Help coordinate training schedules for service employees and participate in training initiatives.

Train and mentor other team members as needed.
Qualifications:

4+ years of technical support or field service experience, including expertise in:

Hydraulics
-
Drives
-
PLCs
-
Mechanical and electrical systems
-
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
-
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
-
4+ years of experience in customer support.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Solid, stable work history.
-
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required.

Residence within a 45-minute commute of Brown Deer, WI.
