Electronics Embedded Electrical Design Engineer for New Product Development

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in electrical or electronics engineering and at least one year of embedded firmware design experience.

Compensation: Up to $135,000 annually
Applicants must be United States citizens or Green Card holders.
This is a Monday through Friday onsite position with no remote work option.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on new product development, ensuring dynamic and engaging work. Responsibilities include:
  • Creating and developing new products
  • Solving complex electrical engineering and electronic engineering problems
  • Analyzing and designing circuits
  • Designing and implementing PCBs
  • Developing embedded software
  • Overseeing project execution
  • Providing support to sales, marketing, and customers
  • Conducting training sessions
  • Occasional travel, primarily within Wisconsin (up to 10% of the time)
  • Prototyping
  • Conducting field and lab testing
  • Documentation
  • Effective verbal and written communication
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electronics engineering, along with relevant internship experience
  • At least two years of experience in electrical engineering or electronics engineering
  • At least one year of experience in embedded firmware design
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills
  • A well-written resume showcasing outstanding written communication skills
