Electronics Embedded Electrical Designer Engineer (NPD)

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in either electrical engineering or electronics engineering, is required. Additionally, the successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in embedded firmware design.
The salary for this position is up to $135,000.
Applicants must be either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder.
This position is not remote and requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.
This is a full-time role.
The successful candidate will be a permanent W-2 employee.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on new product development, ensuring an intellectually stimulating work experience. Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Developing innovative new products
  • Solving complex electrical engineering and electronic engineering problems
  • Analyzing and designing circuits
  • Creating PCB designs
  • Designing embedded software
  • Overseeing project execution
  • Providing assistance and support to sales, marketing, and customers
  • Delivering training sessions
  • Occasional travel, up to 10% of working time, mainly within Wisconsin
  • Prototyping
  • Conducting field and lab testing
  • Documenting the development process
  • Communicating effectively through verbal and written means
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electronics engineering, complemented by related internship experience
  • At least two years of experience in electrical engineering or electronics engineering
  • At least one year of experience in embedded firmware design
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills
