- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and actively pursuing new prospects
- Traveling approximately 40% of the time within the United States, with occasional international travel
- Utilizing Salesforce software for managing sales activities
- Providing innovative solutions for customers' electronic application needs
- Preparing customer quotes, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Overseeing project management processes
- Using Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning software for daily tasks
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various work-related activities
