Role Summary

• Join an exceptionally dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, with a primary focus on eminent domain cases.
• Participate in all litigation-related aspects, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
• Represent both public and private clients in land acquisition for substantial infrastructure initiatives (e.g., transit systems, stadiums).
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft compelling motions, and formulate effective trial strategies.
• Engage in depositions, witness interviews, and the gathering of evidence.

Qualifications

• Bring 4-7 years of litigation expertise (experience in eminent domain or real estate/real property law is preferred).
• Demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Possess a successful track record in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
• Show proficiency in building strong cases for trial through effective utilization of discovery, depositions, and witness interviews.
• Hold a valid California law license.
