Job Description

• Join a dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, specializing in eminent domain cases.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Represent both public and private clients in land acquisition for large-scale infrastructure projects such as transit systems and stadiums.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft motions, and develop effective trial strategies.
• Engage in depositions, witness interviews, and gather evidence.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in eminent domain or real estate/real property.
• Demonstrated strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven expertise in law and motion practice, including handling dispositive motions.
• Ability to construct a compelling case for trial, including managing discovery, conducting depositions, and conducting witness interviews.
• Valid license to practice law in California.
