This position is based in San Diego and offers a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee intricate litigation cases with a focus on eminent domain and real estate matters.
  • Handle law and motion processes, including drafting and presenting dispositive motions.
  • Develop trial strategies, gather and organize evidence, and conduct witness interviews.
  • Participate in depositions as part of pre-trial preparations.
  • Provide legal advice to public entities and private clients regarding land acquisition matters related to large-scale projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation, showcasing expertise in case development, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Solid academic credentials, exceptional analytical and research skills, and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative environment while demonstrating initiative and independence in work.
  • Preferred experience in eminent domain law or real estate/real property law, although not mandatory.
  • A passion for building professional relationships and enhancing the reputation of the firm within the legal community.

What You Can Expect

Competitive Compensation: $175,000 – $260,000, based on experience and qualifications.
