Position: Labor Law Expert
Our esteemed organization is in search of a highly skilled and proficient Labor Law Expert/Attorney to become an integral part of our team. This pivotal role necessitates a professional with extensive expertise in effectively handling a variety of labor law-related matters.
Key Duties:
- Offering expert representation and guidance to employers on a multitude of labor issues, encompassing labor disputes, employee policies, and training.
- Development and oversight of labor contracts and agreements.
- Providing daily labor counseling, ensuring adherence to wage and hour regulations, and managing leave policies.
- Skilled litigation in both state and federal courts, demonstrating a profound level of mastery.
Preferred Additional Competencies:
- Proficiency in handling labor class action cases, as well as collective/class actions regarding wage and hour disputes.
- Experience conducting internal and governmental inquiries.
- Expertise in litigation pertaining to employee benefits and labor relations.
