Engineering and Maintenance Specialist

Join our dynamic team and become an integral part of maintaining and improving our state-of-the-art production equipment. This role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance equipment and fixtures to ensure high production efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take charge of corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Manage inventory of spare parts and contribute to ongoing efficiency enhancements
• Determine the cause of issues, troubleshoot PLC code, and perform repairs to sustain and improve equipment performance
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to design, test, and install custom automation solutions

Qualifications:

• Hold an Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical, Controls, or Manufacturing Technology, or possess equivalent experience
• Have at least 5 years of experience in automated manufacturing maintenance with hands-on expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including PLCs and robotics (preferably with Allen-Bradley/RSLogix experience)
• Practical machine-shop skills are a plus, including machining or fabrication experience
• Proficient in reading technical schematics and a solid understanding of safety protocols such as Lockout/Tagout
