Physician - Otolaryngology (ENT Medical Director)

$500K+ | $100K Signing Bonus | $15K Relocation Assistance

We’re seeking a board-certified MD/DO with a passion for leadership to head a thriving, high-volume ENT program in the beautiful Finger Lakes region. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a well-established practice offering comprehensive ENT services — including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology — all supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and an extensive referral network.

If you have 5+ years of ENT experience, a track record of academic contributions, and a commitment to mentoring and program development, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing ENT team

  • Mentor junior staff and faculty, fostering a team-oriented culture

  • Advance program development and support subspecialty services in Head & Neck, Rhinology, Otology, and general pediatric ENT

  • Work in state-of-the-art facilities, including a remodeled ICU, updated ORs with robotic access, and modern clinic spaces

  • Utilize a top-tier Epic EHR system (10-Star rated, top 1% of Epic organizations)

What You Bring:

  • Board Certification in Otolaryngology

  • 5+ years of experience in ENT preferred

  • Proven leadership experience in developing faculty and clinical programs

  • Demonstrated academic accomplishments and commitment to professional service

  • Passion for mentoring and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive RVU-based compensation model with robust internal referrals

  • Starting salary exceeding $500K, plus retention incentives
