Job Profile:

The primary responsibility of the Corporate Sales Manager is to sell the Innergy app to corporate organizations. The successful candidate must be an accomplished B2B sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders. They should have a deep understanding of HR and benefits priorities that drive purchasing decisions. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a leader in the sales team, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals, and guiding client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage in strategic dialogues with key stakeholders in large corporate organizations to identify their needs
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships with clients, and nurture existing accounts
-Develop strategic partnerships and conduct thorough research to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective business plans
-Proactively generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
-Establish trusted relationships with HR and benefits leaders to facilitate deal closures
-Conduct extensive research on target accounts and develop territory
-Consistently meet and surpass sales targets
-Maintain accurate sales activity records and provide regular forecasts
-Deliver tailored presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value of Innergy for their specific needs
-Stay updated on market trends and provide expert insights to prospects and customers

Candidate Profile:

-Previous experience in B2B enterprise sales with a focus on subscription-based selling
-Proven ability to generate leads and create a strong sales pipeline
-Successfully closed large enterprise-level deals through complex sales cycles
-Collaborative nature and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
-Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
-Resourceful with excellent prioritization skills
-Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and outreach
-Excellent presentation skills and experience selling to VP+ level stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

-Prior experience in HR/benefits selling
-Experience selling a wellness-based product with a subscription model

Minimum Requirements:

-At least 7 years of experience in quota-carrying sales, preferably in B2B subscription-based products
-At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales
