About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join a fast-paced, collaborative team working on a range of municipal infrastructure and site design projects. You’ll contribute to civil design plans and calculations for stormwater, sanitary, water, roadways, parks, and more—helping shape real communities across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on project experience, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of civil engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform engineering calculations and support design production

Draft and design with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Conduct site visits and construction observation as needed

Draft proposals, cost estimates, and reports

Coordinate with agencies, clients, and internal teams

Tabulate bid items and prepare construction specifications
Must-Haves:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time, tasks, and budgets effectively
-
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (planners, engineers, surveyors, architects)
Preferred:
-
0–5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction

FE exam passed

Familiarity with municipal infrastructure or site development projects
