JUNIOR TO MIDLEVEL ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY & RESOURCES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a leading AmLaw 50 international law firm for an accomplished Junior to Midlevel Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Environment, Energy, and Resources practice group.

About You:

• You hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school and possess an impressive academic background.
• You must be a member of the relevant jurisdiction's Bar.
• You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience dealing with Clean Air Act (CAA) or other environmental regulations.
• Your skills in legal writing, advocacy, and client service are highly commendable.
• Having prior federal judicial clerkship experience would be advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer legal counsel of the utmost caliber on intricate matters of environmental law, with a specific focus on Clean Air Act concerns.
• Collaborate harmoniously with a team of seasoned attorneys to provide clients with expert guidance on regulatory compliance, policy developments, and litigation.
• Represent clients zealously in administrative proceedings and enforcement actions pertaining to environmental law.

This role will reward you with a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $235,000 to $310,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. An additional discretionary bonus may also be on offer based on exemplary performance.
