This position primarily involves defending environmental regulations and requires extensive legal writing, including the creation of briefs and motions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience in environmental law, specifically in regulatory defense.
• Proven ability to draft legal documents such as briefs and motions.
• Prior judicial clerkship experience is highly desired.
• Must possess exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Offer legal support in cases related to environmental and land use.
• Participate in drafting and reviewing legal documents to assist in litigation efforts.
