Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote when not traveling)

We are seeking a Corporate Environmental Manager to join the corporate team of a publicly traded, heavy manufacturing company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. This high-impact role will oversee environmental compliance across multiple industrial facilities in the U.S., with a primary focus on air compliance and major source permitting. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Environmental and requires a strong background in regulatory leadership within industrial manufacturing sectors such as metals, steel, automotive, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the corporate lead for environmental compliance across all U.S. operations.

• Guide and support site-level teams through Title V permitting, renewals, and major source air compliance programs.

• Manage compliance testing, including RATA testing for emission sources like kilns, dryers, glass, and paint operations.

• Oversee EPCRA reporting, including TRI and Tier II submissions.

• Ensure proper management and documentation of solid and hazardous waste compliance at both the state and federal levels.

• Monitor and submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) in accordance with monthly, quarterly, and annual water discharge requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing environmental compliance in a corporate or multi-site industrial manufacturing setting.

• Expertise in air permitting and regulatory reporting, with a focus on major sources.

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory programs including Title V, EPCRA, RCRA, and NPDES.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide.
