LOCATION

The Oracle ERP Implementation Manager will be based at our office in Tampa, FL. We offer relocation assistance for exceptional candidates who are not currently local and are eager to join our Tampa team.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • As the VP of Process Improvement's direct report, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of our new system/functionality for our business partners.
  • You will lead a team of experienced Business Analysts and Technical System Analysts in executing complex projects. Additionally, you will recruit, develop, and manage employees under your supervision, conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and creating improvement plans for your team members.
  • Your role will require a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our managed systems, particularly Oracle EBS R12.
  • You will contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the cost and reliability of our Oracle ERP modules and other systems related to Back Office and Supply Chain operations.
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of our ERP systems is vital. You will implement best practices and standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • You will offer support for enterprise applications and integrations with other platforms as needed.
  • Maintaining a knowledge base on all currently used applications within your scope of work and overseeing level 2 support for existing applications will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will analyze business requests and recommend the most suitable solutions for our organization, whether that involves building or buying, configuring or customizing.
  • Your leadership will involve prioritizing work and removing barriers for team members to ensure productivity and project success.
  • You will enforce and oversee the consistent application of change management processes within your area of responsibility.
  • In coordination with other IT leaders, you will optimize resource utilization and team productivity by orchestrating the staffing of priority projects based on available capacity.

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle EBS ERP systems (EBS R12), with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Oracle ERP certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing employees through complex projects, including scope management, timeline definition, reporting, and documentation of requirements and test plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Receivables, and Manufacturing. Familiarity with AR, Order Processing, and the Procure to Pay cycle is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ERP security and compliance best practices and standards.
  • Experience working with additional platforms such as payment processing, banking, financial systems (budgeting/reporting/consolidation), demand/supply planning and forecasting, and transportation or fleet management is a plus.
  • International experience in deploying back-office or supply chain systems in the North American and European markets is desired.
  • Familiarity with PLSQL is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project environments. Possession of a project management certification is desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable daily commute to Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area with assistance upon hire.
