What You Will Do

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic partner and key member of the executive team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will help streamline executive operations, manage cross-functional initiatives, and play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency. From high-level scheduling and communications to event planning and stakeholder coordination, your contributions will help maximize the CEO’s impact and the organization’s success.


How You Will Do It

Project Management & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, proactively identifying priorities and opportunities for improved efficiency.

  • Monitor progress on key initiatives, manage dashboards, and generate reports that support executive decision-making.

  • Create high-quality presentations, memos, and strategic documents while handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Oversee core administrative functions including calendar management, budget tracking, expense reporting, and multi-departmental coordination.

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and identifying barriers to success.

  • Provide analytical support by gathering relevant data and presenting insights and recommendations.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Optimize the CEO’s schedule for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics.

  • Plan and execute executive offsites, board meetings, and high-impact internal events.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and both internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across executive priorities.

  • Represent the Office of the CEO in internal meetings when appropriate, helping to drive initiatives forward.


What We Look For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of high-level executive support experience, or 10+ years of combined relevant education and experience.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively deliver solutions.

  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and Power BI.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.

  • Proven success in managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and fast-paced deadlines.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.

  • Capable of leading and coordinating teams or initiatives without direct authority.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key events and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a company of similar size, scope, and complexity.
