Executive Director – Hospice

Location: Torrance, CA
We are seeking a highly accomplished individual with a track record of exceptional performance!

The role of Hospice Executive Director entails overseeing all aspects of hospice operations. This includes, but is not limited to, managing business operations, clinical operations, fostering business growth and increasing patient census, financial control, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulatory standards, and overseeing general business operations management.

  • Highly preferred: Local market experience.
  • Prior experience in the Hospice or Home Health industry is a must.
  • Experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Sales, or a higher-level position.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing hospice or home health operations.
  • Proven expertise in Operations and Sales.
  • Experience in budget management, including budget development, monitoring, and financial analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and administration.
  • Remarkable leadership and managerial skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and assertiveness abilities.
