Essential Job Duties:

• Ensure staff adherence to regulations, policies, procedures, quality improvement plans, and best practices
• Develop and manage a strong leadership team
• Create and maintain a program budget to achieve operational goals
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in managerial or administrative positions in social or health services
• Strong track record in developing successful programs for vulnerable seniors
• Supervisory experience in health or social services
• Experience in complex clinical operations with ownership of P&L
• Proven ability to drive initiatives to improve patient experience
• Ability to mentor and develop other leaders and care team members
• Experience in data-driven organizations
