Experienced Commercial Building Construction HVAC Sales Estimator
Must have a minimum of five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction.
At least three years of experience in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning is required to be considered for this position.
The base pay for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000, with the potential for commission that could bring the total compensation over $100,000.
Applicants must be a United States citizen or hold a Green Card.
This position allows for some remote work, but there is also a requirement to visit client sites throughout Wisconsin.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

The job is located northeast of Madison, Wisconsin.
This opportunity is with a successful commercial HVAC system designer, builder, and servicer located just northeast of Madison. The company is experiencing steady growth and is in need of additional employees to meet the demand. Projects are diverse, keeping employees engaged and challenged. There are opportunities for advancement within the company.
This is a newly created position with potential for growth across different divisions of the company. The work schedule is flexible, and the responsibilities of the role include:
Creating and organizing daily tasks to maximize effectiveness.
Generating business through phone calls.
Traveling to client sites within Wisconsin (typically not overnight).
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Estimating and preparing competitive bids for various contracts.
Working with both the construction and service divisions of the company.
Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction.
At least three years of experience in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning.
The ability to travel to client sites within Wisconsin (typically not overnight).
A strong work history.
Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card.
Residence within 45 minutes of the job location.
