Job Title: Fabrication and Assembly Worker

Location: Harlan, IA

Salary: $18-23 per hour

Job Summary for the Fabrication and Assembly Worker: Collaborate with the fabrication team to deliver manufactured components to the assembly areas punctually. Primary responsibilities include operating CNC laser, waterjet, and brake press machines, along with other fabrication duties.

Responsibilities of the Fabrication and Assembly Worker:

· Operate machinery within the fabrication department effectively.

· Maintain accuracy in recording inventory transactions and labor times.

· Possess knowledge of SAP to locate information such as inventory levels.

· Demonstrate internal motivation for the successful implementation of laser, waterjet, and brake press operations.

· Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and possess relevant certification.

· Continuously seek opportunities for more efficient fabrication and document resultant savings.

Education and Experience for the Fabrication and Assembly Worker:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a fabrication and job shop environment
• Proficient in operating machines such as auto saw, shear, ironworker, press brake, CNC plasma table, laser jet, water jet, and tube bender
• Preferably skilled in programming and layout with CNC nesting software
• Ability to read blueprints
