Facilities and Safety Manager

Our client, a rapidly expanding international organization, is seeking a reliable individual to join their team as a Facilities and Safety Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will oversee all facility operations, manage staff, coordinate office moves, manage janitorial duties, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Main Responsibilities

· Ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and utilities

· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems

· Schedule and supervise maintenance repairs and installations

· Manage inventory and stay within budget

· Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with energy management

· Oversee security measures for the buildings and grounds

· Maintain communication with contractors, clients, and team members

· Establish and follow procedures for system use, reset, and shutdown

· Demonstrate a commitment to delivering consistent excellence

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field

· 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

· Familiarity with OSHA and other relevant regulations (OSHA 30 certification preferred)

· Knowledge of maintenance methods and safety precautions related to facilities management

· Highly organized and customer-oriented individual with attention to detail

· Excellent procurement and negotiation skills
