The Facilities Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by securing new multi-year service agreements for facility management, energy services, and HVAC & Electrical Assured Service Programs.


  • Identify and target potential customers, such as CEOs, CFOs, or COOs of organizations with over 250,000 square feet of space, to present Facility Services Agreements.
  • Evaluate prospective customers to determine if their business culture and situation align with our approach to doing business.
  • Collaborate with a team to define project scope, review financial data, and develop a financial model that demonstrates the cost-effectiveness of the proposed approach. This may involve initiating Energy Services projects that can be integrated into the Facility Services Agreement.
  • Coordinate with the Energy Services team to explore joint opportunities, where Energy Services is involved in the capital side of the project, while the Facility Services Team Leader focuses on the Facility Services Agreement.
  • Deliver comprehensive proposals outlining the FSA program, highlighting the financial and intangible benefits for the customer.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements and work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth transition to the Facility Services Agreement.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Accurately complete all required company paperwork, such as bookings, commissions, sales forecasts, and contact management system updates.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


Act as a team leader on a project-by-project basis, without direct supervisory responsibilities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in business-to-business solution sales.


  • Must be capable of climbing ladders and conducting extensive on-site surveys. A valid driver's license is required for transportation between the office and job sites.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
