Factory Automation PLC Field Support Engineer
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Factory Automation PLC Field Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our factory automation systems. This includes diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and instructing others on the proper use of equipment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel to client sites, although overnight stays are rare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site training at manufacturing sites
- Earn equipment certifications
- Travel to client sites to start up newly installed equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment
- Investigate and repair equipment issues
- Instruct others on the proper use of equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an industrial machine service technician
- At least one year of hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controls)
- Strong work ethic and solid work history
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Reside within a 45-minute drive of Menomonee Falls, WI
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $42, commensurate with experience
