Robotic Welding / Factory Automation Sales Engineer

• To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant 2-year engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales application engineering.
• You should also have a minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial robotic automation, specifically in robotic welding, as well as experience with electric motors, servos, and PLCs.
• The salary for this position is up to $125,000.
• Candidates must be either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder.
• This is an onsite position; remote work is not available.
• This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.

• The job is located in the Pewaukee, Wisconsin area.

This role offers potential for advancement and can lead to a management position if desired. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing solutions for customer challenges
• Collaborating with customers and engineers to design industrial automation systems
• Creating engineering drawings
• Leading engineering design reviews
• Negotiating with vendors for pricing and delivery
• Determining customer pricing and preparing profitable sales proposals
• Traveling to customer sites, both domestic and international, as required

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A relevant 2-year engineering degree
• At least 3 years of experience in sales application engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial robotic automation
• At least 1 year of experience in robotic welding
• At least 1 year of experience with electric motors and servos
• At least 1 year of experience with PLCs
• The ability to travel domestically and internationally
• A solid work history
• US citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card)
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of the Pewaukee area
