Job Description

• Assist in providing legal advice and representation for various family law cases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients during court hearings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance in family law areas such as divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop compelling legal arguments.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and negotiations with effective advocacy.
• Maintain professional and confidential communication with clients.
• Stay updated on developments in family law to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

• Completed Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Arizona state bar and in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience in family law, preferably with complex cases. 3+ years of experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of courtroom procedures and family law principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
