Job Description

• Act as legal counsel and representation in diverse family law cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, produce legal documents, and advocate for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently manage and resolve cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance in family law areas including divorce, custody, support, and property division.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments.
• Participate in court hearings, trials, and negotiations to effectively represent clients.
• Maintain professional and confidential communication with clients.
• Stay updated on developments in family law to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to the Arizona state bar and in good standing.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on complex cases. 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with court proceedings and deep understanding of family law principles is desirable.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle a substantial caseload and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
