Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Health
- Full-time, hybrid remote position
- Salary range: $92,000 - $147,004 based on experience

Highlights:

- This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide advanced practice nursing care in a supportive and professional environment.
- The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced practice nursing care to patients, families, and the community. This includes assessment, care planning, intervention evaluation, and demonstrating leadership and professionalism within the healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Prescribe and evaluate appropriate interventions for patients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism within the institution
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values in all aspects of work
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Valid New York State Nurse Practitioner license and registration
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months of hire)
• National Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Musculoskeletal, or Orthopedic care
