Fanuc ABB Robotic Automation Technician

  • A degree in Robotic Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a requirement for this position.
  • Minimum of one year experience in constructing control panels, programming PLCs, designing HMIs and programming robotic automation is necessary.
  • Salary range is $33 to $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Candidates must be either US citizens or Green Card holders.
  • This is an onsite position, telecommuting is not an option.
  • Full-time employment.
  • This is a permanent W-2 employee role.

The responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Collaborating with machine designers.
  • Developing electrical schematics.
  • Constructing control panels.
  • Integrating state-of-the-art robots into equipment.
  • Managing the installation process for robotic equipment.
  • Programming PLCs, HMIs, Fanuc robots, and ABB robots.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning robotic automation equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A degree in Robotic Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in control panel construction.
  • At least one year of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
  • At least one year of experience with Human Machine Interface (HMI).
  • At least one year of experience in robotic automation programming.
  • A stable employment history.
  • US citizenship or possession of a Green Card.
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute.
