• Developing Fanuc robot programs from scratch
• Designing the robot's tasks and functions from the ground up, particularly for machine tool load and unload operations
• Providing complete and effective solutions to technical issues
• Serving as a subject matter expert
• Resolving HMI and PLC problems as required
• Occasional travel to Wisconsin-based companies (typically not exceeding 30%)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in programming Fanuc robots from scratch
• Ability to identify and resolve HMI and PLC issues
• Strong ability to work independently on smaller projects
• Excellent teamwork skills for larger projects
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (although infrequently) to Wisconsin-based companies
• Valid driver's license
• Stable work background
• US citizenship or Green Card holder
• Reside within a 45-minute commute
