- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a minimum of three years of experience in process engineering on an FDA compliant manufacturing line, as well as three years of project management experience in a manufacturing plant.

- Candidates must be either United States citizens or green card holders
- This is a 100% on-site position, no remote work available

A reputable food manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FDA Food Plant Manufacturing Process Engineer. The company is in the midst of expansion, with plans to add new manufacturing lines and automate plant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing and improving food manufacturing processes
- Overseeing end-to-end management of food manufacturing projects
- Analyzing and designing food manufacturing facilities
- Developing new food manufacturing lines and upgrades for existing ones
- Collaborating with vendors to integrate new equipment into existing systems or acquire equipment for new manufacturing lines
- Identifying engineering and maintenance needs, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions to optimize manufacturing line performance and yield
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- At least three years of experience in process engineering on an FDA compliant manufacturing line
- At least three years of experience in project management in a manufacturing plant
- Demonstrated strong work history
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Reside within a 45 minute drive from Brookfield, Wisconsin
