We are seeking a Field Engineering Trainer to join our team in Whippany, NJ. As a Field Engineering Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our medical instrumentation. Training sessions may be conducted in person at our Training Center in Northern NJ, at customer facilities, or through virtual or streaming platforms. Some travel may be required, not exceeding 10%.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline and a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs. Proficiency in Database Software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

In addition to training responsibilities, you will also be involved in:

• Analyzing and interpreting technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Effectively responding to inquiries from management, clients, and the general public.
• Creating reports, procedure manuals, and business correspondence.
• Conducting lectures on installation, safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming.
• Administering written and practical exams and providing employee grades to the Training Coordinator.
• Ensuring the training department's equipment is maintained in good working condition.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $70K to $89K, depending on experience, along with an annual bonus.
