Job Summary: We are in search of a skilled Field Property Claims Investigator who can work remotely. As a member of our dynamic field claims team, your main responsibility will be to conduct thorough investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements of property claims, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional claim services. By utilizing cutting-edge technologies, such as drones and virtual claim handling software, you will guide clients through the claims process with expertise.

Key Duties:

• Perform on-site and virtual inspections of damaged properties.
• Analyze relevant insurance coverage and create written estimates.
• Contact all relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims procedure.
• Efficiently and effectively negotiate and settle assigned claims.

Qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and claims estimating software (e.g., Xactimate).
• Thorough understanding of residential and commercial construction methodologies.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related education and training.
• Compliance with state regulations requiring appropriate adjuster's licensing.
• Hold a valid driver's license and possess the ability to operate a mobile office/company vehicle.
• Physically capable of conducting inspections, including climbing ladders and navigating challenging environments.
• Preference given to candidates with multilingual abilities.
• Willingness to respond to catastrophic duty as necessary.
