Job Overview: Our company is currently seeking a skilled Remote Claims Adjuster to join our exceptional claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly investigating, assessing, negotiating, and settling property claims to ensure our clients receive top-notch service. Utilize cutting-edge technologies, such as drones and virtual claims software, to guide our clients through the claims process with expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough on-site and virtual inspections of damaged properties.
• Evaluate policy coverage and prepare accurate written estimates.
• Contact relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
• Efficiently and effectively negotiate and settle assigned claims.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and claims estimating software like Xactimate.
• In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related education and training.
• Maintain necessary adjuster's licensing as required by state laws.
• Hold a valid driver's license and possess the ability to operate a mobile office/company vehicle.
• Demonstrate physical dexterity for conducting inspections, including climbing ladders and navigating challenging environments.
• Preferred multilingual abilities.
• Willingness to respond to catastrophic duty when necessary.
