Field Service Maintenance Technician - Electrical and Mechanical (Up to 75% Travel)

• To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a relevant degree and possess at least five years of experience in electrical and mechanical field service, or industrial maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives is a must.
• The role involves extensive domestic and international travel, with a maximum travel time of 75%. Travel will be via both airplane and automobile.
• Hourly pay rate of up to $35 will be offered for this position.
• Applicants must either be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.
• This is not a remote position and requires full-time commitment.
• The position is permanent, with employment as a W-2 employee.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Installation, start-up, and repair of products at customer sites, either in person or via telephone.
• Providing on-site and remote support to customers as required.
• Following up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Traveling between 65-75% of the time, domestically and internationally, to countries such as France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Canada.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a two-year degree in an electrical or maintenance-related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a minimum of five years' experience in electrical field service, mechanical field service, or industrial maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives.
• Be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time, domestically and internationally, using both airplanes and automobiles.
• Hold a valid passport and driver's license.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
• Must be either a U.S. citizen or possess a green card.
• Residence within a 45-minute commute to Brown Deer, Wisconsin.
