Our client is seeking a talented Field Service Representative to join their team on the East Coast. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site service, installation, training, and calibration for a wide range of products in the Eastern Region, covering the area from Maine to South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be located in Newark, NJ or other major cities within the territory. The salary for this position ranges from $32.00 to $36.50 per hour, depending on your technical expertise and experience in the analytical instrumentation field. To sweeten the deal, there are bonus opportunities available as well.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Managing inventory, planning trips, and handling administrative tasks related to service functions.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
• An associate's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field is required.
• Frequent overnight travel, up to 75% of the time, will be necessary for this role.
• A valid driver's license and passport are also required.
